What is Store Pickup?

Store Pickup is a service where you can order your shopping online and collect it from a Zamzam Market Stores at a time that suits you.

How do I place a Store Pickup order?

To place a Store Pickup order create an account or log in and add products to your shopping cart. Select Store Pickiup as your delivery method. Once you receive the confirmation email you can pickup from store in your convenient time to collect your groceries. Follow the checkout process and complete your order.

When can I collect my order?

Simple! Just show your store pickup invoice to one of our friendly customer service staff in the front counter.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be available for collection once you receive the store pickup confirmation email.

What happens if I'm running late to collect my order during my chosen window?

Please call us on (02) 9643 9584 to let us know if you are running late. Please be aware that collection must still occur on the same day as your originally selected slot so that we can ensure excellent quality on the perishable items in your order.
